  • Depending on the container you choose coaching varies. Reset + Rise is a 6 month program, and Focus Forward is a 1 day program. Occasionally clients continue for ongoing support depending on their individual needs.

  • No. Lauren is an Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada® so sessions have a counselling heart but she is not qualified to diagnose or treat conditions related to your past. Coaching is for forward momentum, identifying challenges and strategizing to overcome obstacles.

  • Coaching is for those who are ready to get to work. You know you make enough money but you aren’t sure what happens to it. You’ve tried budgeting (perhaps many times) before and you keep ‘falling off’ the wagon. Coaching provides a framework to help you find a system of money management that works for you while exploring your relationship with money, improving your satisfaction for years to come.

  • Lauren has worked with all kinds of people. She aims to provide an inclusive and affirming space.

    She has worked with variable earners of all kinds, from comedians to commission sales to artists, and freelancers, couples and individuals.
